I was delighted at my first visit with Omaha animal medical group. Making an appointment on short notice was easy online, the staff member who called to confirm was kind and enthusiastic, and the veterinarian who saw my dog was clearly knowledgeable and enamored of small fluffy dogs! Finding a great vet made moving to a new neighborhood much easier.
Great experience with the entire staff on our first visit. Super kind and gentle with my recent rescue German Shepherd and everyone took the time to really listen and fully explain. Never felt rushed in or out, and you can tell that Dr. Knott is well-informed and experienced. I also really appreciate that they have their own lab on site and called with all our blood results within an hour of our appointment. We had to wait 1-3 days with our previous vet. This is our new forever-vet!
I love Dr. Knott! She takes care of my cats and now my Blazey boy. He is very anxious and struggles with new people and environments. Dr. Knott made the process smooth for him, and I’m so glad to have a place where I can take my boy without worrying.
Amazing customer service here. Everybody was so friendly. And Dr. Knott was fabulous! Very easy to talk to and very much on the same level as the pet, and my dog absolutely loved her too. Definitely would recommend!
All of our boys have received EXCELLENT care from Dr. Knott & her associates over the past 12 years! She and her team always listen to our concerns & work so very hard to ensure the best possible outcome!
