This place needs a health inspector STAT!!!!!!!!! I came and made an appointment today and the whole thing was a disgusting embarrassing nightmare. I was sat with this man who very clearly had infections/fungus on his own hand nails and I politely requested he wear a second glove on the hand with his fungus and he got mad and refused. I explained I'm pregnant and susceptible and honestly should never have to over explain basic hygienic standards required in all nail salons which is to wear a freaking glove. He made a show with other nail techs in his native language and everyone was staring at me like I was a problem and chose to leave since I felt so uncomfortable. I've never felt so disgusted and unnecessarily embarrassed in my life and no one should ever be made to feel this way getting their own nails done. I left halfway through the procedure and ran to Rosé Nail Lounge to finish the procedure and the difference was like night and day. Very clean and modern facilities and ALL nail techs wear gloves!!! Stay far away from this place!!!! Plus if your nail tech's own nails are disgusting and poorly taken care of just imagine how they will leave yours! The signs are everywhere. Omni Nails is awful. Never coming back again

This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My nail tech Yari was not only professional but also so sweet and welcoming. She did an amazing job shaping my nails — the shape is sharp, clean, and exactly what I had in mind. The design turned out beautiful and detailed. You can tell she really cares about her work (which I don’t happen to see often). I’ll be booking only with her from now on!

Needed a quick fill and fix while in the land of money. I decided to check this nail salon out. You have to pay for parking ... the service was quick and easy to explain what I needed. The atmosphere was fast paced. For a fix/fill/design I paid $99.00 .. I wasn't surprised! S/o Jenny for hooking me up. One of my nails broke before I left Miami.

I really enjoyed the experience initially. Everyone is kind and all of the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I got a set of dip done on my natural nails which initially were beautiful, some of the best work I’ve had done. But unfortunately they didn’t last. Attached are pictures of my nails only 8 days after I got them done. I’ve never had a set of dip nails fall apart on me like this. I loved the place but don’t think I’ll be back considering I also went with my mom who is having the same issue. Just wasn’t worth the $70 to me. I wish them the best.

I recently visited this nail salon for the third time, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. As someone who has been doing hard gel nails for the past 12 years, I noticed that my nails had unglued and water was getting in, which can lead to fungus. When I called the salon to express my concern and find a solution, the owner was not helpful or supportive. Instead of listening to my concerns and helping me find a solution, he gave me every excuse as to why my nails were falling apart. I was even willing to pay more to fix the issue, but the owner was not willing to work with me. In addition to the lack of customer service, the salon's price list was confusing, with a million add-ons that led to different prices every time I visited. Not sure if this is a tactic to get an extra dollar from every visitor but as a customer, I value clarity and communication, and unfortunately, this salon did not deliver on that front. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to others. While price is certainly a factor, customer service and communication are equally important when it comes to running a successful business. As someone who values quality nail services and good customer service, I was disappointed by my experience at this salon.
