This company is very deceptive. I only wanted a one time service not a contract. They initially got $195 for the first service. Then they kept billing me thereafter. I repeatedly requested to cancel this contract and then they tried to muscle me out of almost $250 to end the contract. Terminix is not even this shady. I may have to get legal involved although that might cost even more money. Do not get involved with this company.

Highly recommend On The Fly! I live in an old Baltimore row home and called for a repeat service after seeing my first mouse of the season. They gave me a 2 hour window, Yoni text me 15 minutes before arrival, and he was incredibly accommodating that I had to take a work call during the visit. He was professional and gave a great summary before leaving (all placements and traps working, just needed bait refills).
