This company is very deceptive. I only wanted a one time service not a contract. They initially got $195 for the first service. Then they kept billing me thereafter. I repeatedly requested to cancel this contract and then they tried to muscle me out of almost $250 to end the contract. Terminix is not even this shady. I may have to get legal involved although that might cost even more money. Do not get involved with this company.

Mark S. is amazing. He took the time to explain the products theys use and how they work. He listened to my concerns (I have kids with several allergies) and was thourough in treating my property. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience, and recommend asking for Mark S.

Highly recommend On The Fly! I live in an old Baltimore row home and called for a repeat service after seeing my first mouse of the season. They gave me a 2 hour window, Yoni text me 15 minutes before arrival, and he was incredibly accommodating that I had to take a work call during the visit. He was professional and gave a great summary before leaving (all placements and traps working, just needed bait refills).
