I reached out to Brian for some work with an apartment turnover. He responded quickly to all of my texts and was able to do everything requested - paint walls, caulk, replace some fire alarms and even provided cleaning service. I called Brian because my tenants had a bit of mold between the wall and a piece of furniture in their bathroom. He came out same day, determined that the issue was just on the surface from trapped condensation, and instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a work that didn’t actually need to be done, he told me how to fix it myself. Didn’t even charge me for the trip. I truly respect his honestly and he’s made a loyal customer out of me. Brian will be my first call when I need something fixed around the house and I’ll pay him gladly.
