We searched for our first home and first stumbled across Corey’s YouTube videos. They were very informative and helped us greatly in understanding the home search and buying process; we then decided to schedule time to connect with him. Corey made himself available as needed, guided us, and showed us multiple homes; we quickly found our home and Corey made the entire process as smooth as possible, his experience and expertise are unmatched. We recommend Corey to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, and we will definitely seek his help in the future for other projects. Darlyn R

Corey is a high integrity professional with years of wisdom to share and apply. After learning much about the local real estate market watching Corey’s NJ Living Group YouTube series, I contacted Corey almost a year ago to discuss the sale of my property. Corey was very patient and never pushed us. He allowed the process to unfold and develop in a time frame that was organic and natural for us his clients. From the beginning, it was clear that Corey had a firm understanding of the market and what price points to consider given several layers of past and future market dynamics. When things went side ways, Corey’s calm demeanor helped to keep us anchored and his concise messaging on what to focus on helps erase all the noise. He has a great media platform and we were delighted with the professional photo shoots, drone videos and custom website he created for our property We highly recommend Corey and his team and will definitely call on his services whenever needed!

Corey got us the home of our dreams! He gave us a ton of time to educate us on the market before we even started looking. He even went to a home and FaceTimed us for a showing before we moved. We had a long closing period and a leaseback that Corey was able to help us navigate. He was able to refer us to excellent resources for inspections. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
