Highly recommend this jewellers. The staff are excellent. The owner is amazing, her authentic commitment to the customer really shows. The service provided is what makes this my go to Jeweller. Wide ranging jewellery selection, you will find whatever you need.

Avoid this place at all costs Got 2 claddagh rings for my partner for Christmas and there was a miss print and needed a different size went into the store to change this over and possibly change the ring and the First Lady was very cheeky when I realised I hadn’t had the recipet with me upon returning to the store the same day to resolve the issue we were greeted by a second college she took the receipt off me and took the ring and didn’t ask me any questions about the product when she came back I said I needed a different size and the lady rolled her eyes and and said oh so you need a size up the the size down in a very cheeky manner and give myself and my partner a dirty look and when I stated that she was not acting professional her words to me was well what do you want us to do because we can’t refund them I also have a neckless that I have left in to be repaired and haven’t texted or called me about it I’ve been in the store and they can’t find my neckless after it’s repair I am not happy and not satisfied at all And certainly will never be back

Quick service but was disappointed with the price they charged me for a small watch battery. Over 9 pounds they said it was because they charged for fitting if they fitting it or not. Rip off

Got my watched adjusted so it could fit my wrist few hours later the watch just came apart. part of it missing aswell
