This maintenance service is one of the best things I've done to stay on top of caring for my home. I've been happy with every technician they have sent - especially Jordan who took care of my check-up today. Jordan is very conscientious and was helpful in fully explaining everything to me and providing options.

Anthony was great. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything taken care of quickly. He explained things in a way that made sense and made sure the system was running well before he left. Really solid service and I’d be happy to have him back again.

Colin was excellent. He did a thorough job of inspecting my heating system. I have a maintenance contract where my air and heater is inspected twice a year. I paid $96.00 for a drain pan treatment. He also inspected my AC System and cleaned it. He did a very thorough job. Very pleased. I only paid for the drain pan system. He also inspected my return chase where the ac filter is and recommended I use different filter. Overall I was very pleased.

Josh was very polite and professional. He not only verbally explained the issues with my unit, he also had pictures to visually compare how things should look as opposed to how they were. Josh was punctual and thorough. He also gave recommendations to me on better maintenance practices to help prolong the effectiveness of my unit. I have no complaint(s).
