The folks at 1 hour make everything easy; from the annual reminder, to scheduling the appointment, to the great technician, Jake, who walked me through each of the system checks (very thorough) and the great shape our units are in. One Hour service was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after work hours and showed up on time- not in a 5 hour window. Jake was friendly and helpful and walked me through the issues my unit was having and even went through to double check the entire system and set up in the attic to make sure there were no other issues.
