Jake represented the company very well. He explained the process of cleaning ducts and went over the details of an air cleaner which would be installed in the furnace unit and how this would improve the quality of air in our home. Earlier this month I was contacted by the courteous folks at 1 hour, informing me it was time for our heat pumps’ annual “check-up”. The folks at 1 hour make everything easy; from the annual reminder, to scheduling the appointment, to the great technician, Jake, who walked me through each of the system checks (very thorough) and the great shape our units are in. Thanks to everyone at 1 hour for making it a pleasure to do business with you! I always feel like we’re in competent hands!

One Hour service was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after work hours and showed up on time- not in a 5 hour window. Jake was friendly and helpful and walked me through the issues my unit was having and even went through to double check the entire system and set up in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the quality service that this company provided today. They helped us out quickly and I glad I called right away due to wiring burned out on compressor it would of never gotten any cooler in my home. I was very happy Trice showed me this issue and had it fix very quickly. Thanks again.
