Thomas arrived ahead of schedule, saw what the project required, went to pick up the needed parts and did the job professionally and promptly. He was friendly and courteous. The work was pricey but that was beyond his control. I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas.

Had 1 hour hearing and air conditioning come out because of a no heat issue in our new house. Landon and Jamie were the 2 techs that figured out the issue quickly and the heat turned on. I would recommend One Hour for your service.

Neil is one of the best techs we have ever had. Very thorough in work and explained everything. He definitely is a keeper. Brett, Landon, and Kyle ended up coming to install a new unit. Absolutely fantastic customer service again . They made me feel like family. People like them are hard to come by and One Hour is lucky to have all of these gentlemen as employees.

Kholton was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We have a fairly unusual HVAC system and Kholton knew all about it. And on top of it all, he was super nice! I highly recommend One Hour heating and air-conditioning and Kholton!

Had to replace my split system furnace and outdoor unit. Everything was done professional and everyone that came to our home was respectful and friendly. They were quick to make appointments and were on time every time. Gave me many options for replacement of out AC units. We choose the high efficiency system. Prices might seem a little high but worth it. They didn't mess around and got the job done in one day. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and quick.
