Cody was fantastic! He was prompt and professinal; very modest, and did not upsell us or pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't need, and he also was very direct in his explanation of the overall assessment, diagnosis and solution to our A/C problem. He found a temporary fix to our expired capacitor until the appropriate one could he ordered. They waived the $89 fee as well as only charged us for the final installment of the correct capacitor. Highly recommend, A+++.
Anthony and Patrick did a thorough job of cleaning and checking everything out. Very happy with my service call today. Both are very nice men, in nice One Hour uniforms. I was comfortable welcoming them into my home.

(Matthew) - I got a text from my mother that the AC was out and thought I'd troubleshoot it. I found the blown 3A fuse but no apparent short so we called One Hour H&A. Matthew showed up and immediately began diagnosing and documenting. Turned out there was a short in the thermostat wiring outside - Matthew trimmed up a fresh wire nut connection, popped in fresh fuse and we were good to go again. I was very impressed with Matthews thorough evaluation and professionalism. He took good care of us and we will ask for him again. Ask for Matthew by name!
