Really happy to have found this studio! I don’t love hot yoga classes, so my search brought me to this studio. I am so thankful it did! The studio is so accommodating, so welcoming, and so special. They would rather have people experience yoga than be held back because of finances, and that is such an important value to the practice! The students aren’t viewed as dollar signs and you can feel that from the start. I am so happy to have my new “go to” studio here in Pittsburgh! Just attended my first class here with Lauren and I feel AMAZINGG!

I took the 9am dynamic vinyasa flow this morning and just wanted to reach out with a heartfelt thank you. I’m visiting from Oklahoma for a family event and have been feeling pretty homesick. I practice regularly at my home studio, so being away from that routine has been harder than I expected. This class truly helped regulate my nervous system and, in a really comforting way, felt like home. The flow was thoughtful, grounding, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for creating such a safe, welcoming space to practice in today — it meant more to me than I can easily put into words. It was a beautiful class, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Warmly, Kylie

I took Yin/Restore class with Anna. Anna’s class was amazing. Her voice is super calm and relaxing, which made it really easy to unwind on a Sunday night. The flow was gentle but effective—I came in with neck and shoulder pain, and by the end, it was completely gone. I left feeling super relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend if you need to slow down and take care of yourself.
