I really enjoyed my time training here. I went to group sessions and attended private lessons. I haven’t ever done Pilates before and was not sure how I would like it. But I knew I wanted to start moving my body again, which led me to here. Betty was my instructor. Her approach to teaching comes from a place of deep knowledge and understanding of the body. Each week, during my private lessons, she catered to my specific needs and goals. It was truly a blessing to find such an incredible, caring teacher during this time of my life. Betty is kind and patient, and will make sure to challenge you to achieve your goals. She does a really great job at giving detailed explanations of how and why each exercise is performed. I very much recommend this studio to anybody looking to move their body, challenge themselves, and become stronger. The studio itself feels really good to be in as well; there’s a certain calming energy within its walls. And go see Betty because she is an awesome human and instructor!
I can’t say enough good things about this studio! It’s very welcoming and has a down to earth atmosphere that won’t scare beginners away. Betty is an absolutely incredible instructor, definitely will challenge you but is super supportive and encouraging. Steph the owner is also so kind and attentive to the studio and clients. Honestly the best personalized Pilates class in Pittsburgh. I’ve been taking 1:1 sessions with Betty for about a year and a half, and it has been the most transformative experience for both my body and mind. She tailors every class to my needs, pays close attention to form, and always knows how to challenge me without making it overwhelming. I could not recommend this studio more! I worked with Stephanie T to coordinate a 2 hour aerial yoga and pilates event for my best friend's bachelorette party — we had a large group (16 women). From initial planning to our day in the studio, Stephanie and her team made sure everything went so smooth. For most of us, it was our first time doing aerial and using a reformer. She and Betty were super knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable to go at their own speed. We enjoyed the juice shots at the end of class and really appreciated the surprise photographer that was there to capture our memories. We're so grateful for Stephanie and Betty for the amazing experience!
