I had a voucher for the One Spa that was given to me for my birthday. We did the Spa Day with treatments. On the day I had a problem with my back, and decided I would not have the treatment. However, the therapist, Fernanda, gently persuaded me to join her as she could 'help' giving me hot stones for my back. Fernanda is the loveliest person, very knowledgeable, and had my well-being at the heart of what she was doing. She applied massage and offered suggestions to help me, on how I was feeling, going forward. Thank you Fernanda, One Spa is lucky to have such a beautiful person on their team. You were caring, professional and wanted to help me🤩 I am very grateful! Thank you🥰 One thing I would suggest as part of the Day Package is a light bite, as it is expensive, even offering a coffee and pastry would have added to the day. I have been on similar days and there was always a light lunch included in this type of package. Iam giving 4 stars for that reason, if it had been about Fernanda, it would be 5💫💫💫💫💫.

Amazing place, very relaxing and love that there's so many areas to choose from for personal preferences. There are other people going about but no one minds, everyone is there just to enjoy themselves. I would definitely come back. Also appreciated the rule of no phones (to en extent) I didn't go on mine for the full 3 hour experience and it was great just to shut off from the outside world for a small amount of time

We have been members and regular visitors for a few months now and for sure there are pros and cons - However not the topic today. The actual SPA was really good especially with Emma. We had our appointments on Hero ESPA in mid-December. I would say the service, attitude and technique were top notch. Emma was very attentive and understanding throughout the 80-min experience. I felt relaxed and never rushed with anything even though I’m sure they have a schedule to maintain. The rest area was also a thoughtful touch. We hope to come back for another session soon!

Oh my goodness!!! This was such an amazing spa!! We've been to many and One Spa is definitely at the top of my list. After traveling Ireland and the UK, we thought it would be nice to spend the last day of our trip at the Spa to relax and rejuvenate. My husband and I chose the "Signature at One" package that included 1 hour and 50 minute treatment (body scrub, facial and massage). It also included 3 hours of their Thermal Spa experience. It was absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone experience it!

I've already visited a couple of times now with friends, and I absolutely love it every time. The variety of saunas is fantastic, and even the showers are also a great part of the experience. My absolute favourite is the outdoor hydro pool - I was lucky enough to visit on sunny days, which made it even more special to relax in the warm water while soaking up the sun. Truly therapeutic for both body and mind. I'll definitely be back!
