Took my grandma's car to these guys and Ariel took such good care of us there. Kept us informed of the process and absolutely ZERO upsell tactics. He went above and beyond and got us set up at the dealt for a few repairs that were covered by warranty which no mechanic shop has ever done in my experience. The mechanics are very skilled and the customer service is top tier! I have and will continue to recommend 1Stop to everyone I know!!

One Stop is our families go to repair shop. Their service is unmatched. When we bring our cars for repair they drive us home so we can wait in comfort and still have a productive day. They get the diagnosis right everytime and always get us back on the road quickly. Very happy with their service! Thanks guys!

One Stop Auto Care in Eagle Rock is truly a rare find. Their customer service and honesty are something you don’t see often anymore. They treated us with so much respect, explained everything clearly, and even found the parts we needed in just one day. They fixed everything perfectly and without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, very amicable people and you receive a very detailed estimate with photos. Worst experience of my life! Estimate was for more than my car is worth; over $10,000! Worst part is that I felt unsafe driving my car for over a week; neglected family day because I thought my car was unfit to drive. Estimate read $600+ for a battery change; battery is only a year old! Also, $800+ for tune up! I went to dealership and spent $900 to get my car completely serviced. Half of the repairs they enumerated in the estimate were not even an issue. I have never been more disappointed by any other business practice. Completely shameful! The stress and anxiety I felt was unnecessary. Would never recommend.

They’re a family-owned shop, proudly accredited by the City of Eagle Rock for their many years of dedicated service to the community. I’ve had the privilege of knowing them for a couple of years now, and they’ve been nothing short of incredible. Gio, Gerry, Ariel, and Anthony have all gone above and beyond for me, my family, and my friends. They’re truly the best — they quickly became like an extended part of my family! They always make sure you’re well taken care of and have complete peace of mind while your car is being worked on. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail stand out. They take the time to explain any concerns and walk you through the repair process so you feel informed every step of the way. Their workmanship is top-notch, and the level of care they provide is unmatched.
