I started working with my trainer because I wanted to get in shape for my son’s wedding — I just wanted to feel confident and look my best. I’ve absolutely loved training with Nadine over this last three months on my “fat loss” program and can’t wait to continue working with her to achieve my goals. Nadine has been incredibly supportive throughout and has developed workouts appropriate to my abilities but has made sure to push me so I can keep getting stronger and fitter. Nadine is one of the best personal trainers I've worked with. I started training with her over a year ago to come back to weight training after a back injury. I've not only made amazing strength gains but was basically pain free after a few months of working together. She is always enthusiastic, knowledgable, and well prepared for each session.
