I recently had the chance to take two classes at Ultra Pilates and had an amazing experience! I took Triple Sculpt with Crystal and Ultra Burn with Sammy—wow, what a workout! Both instructors are incredible: knowledgeable, thorough, and truly attentive. They took the time to teach each movement step by step, offering positive reinforcement that made everyone feel comfortable, all while ensuring we had a fun and motivating experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amy, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She has truly thought of everything—from an exceptionally clean studio and high-end equipment to a water station, the option to purchase water if needed, spacious cubbies and lockers, and beautiful bathrooms and showers. The facilities are wonderful, to say the least. I can’t wait to go back!
I took a class with Crystal today and she was great. Very nice and very helpful and attentive to everyone. Her choice of music kept me going. The location is great the space is beautiful, clean and inviting.
Helen’s Triple Sculpt class was amazing! Positive environment, mix of beginner friendly and advanced moves (she showed beginners modified moves but allowed advanced girlies to thrive) and a great Sunday reset overall. Highly recommend the 35 degree class it feels so good in the winter
Obsessed with Ultra Pilates! Gorgeous studio, fantastic staff, and so many class options. They even have a rehab clinic, which is super convenient. Love that classes are 60 minutes with a few 45-min express ones when I’m short on time. The post class cold towels? Game changer, highly recommend!

My core was shaking, my legs were on fire, and I still felt energized instead of wiped. The studio feels cared for. Clean mats, good lighting, and music that keeps you in the zone. The flow builds in a way that sneaks up on you. One minute you feel fine, the next you realize every muscle is actually working. By the end I felt stronger, taller, and way more relaxed than when I walked in. If you want a class that pushes you but stays enjoyable, this one delivers. It is challenging, it feels intentional, and you walk out with that clear sense that the effort was worth it.
