Recently got new equipment which has been great but don’t maintain older equipment well. Needs a “maintenance box” so people can inform staff when equipment isn’t right. Handles for cable machines are non-existent basically. Upstairs field area is always empty, it feels like the personal trainers take all the good equipment to their area or lock it up in their closets so no one can access it. Every year they stock up the field area & little by little all the stuff disappears to “personal training” areas. A few of the front desk staff and cleaners do a great job. The sauna has been renovated and is a lot cleaner than in the past which is great

Ardelia- no 1 trainer Fit 360 classes. You would be hard pushed to find another trainer who is as motivated and personable as Ardelia. Invest in yourself and sign up To Fit 360 classes- you WILL NOT regret it! I’m 55 yrs old been attending for 1 year now and it has changed my life. I have more energy, more muscle, increased cardio fitness and a desire to continue to achieve and maintain the new me that’s has never been there before! All it needed was a coach who cares, a friendly group of people who show up, train hard and encourage you when you are the newbie. Fit 360 classes with Ardelia - try it NOW!! See you class 😜

I'm a new member, going regularly for a couple weeks. I have never seen anyone cleaning. Anywhere. And it shows. The locker room and pool area are plagued by hair and dust bunnies. The spa has scum accumulated in the corners and mildew built up in the grout. It feels weird to write this review bc I'm not a germophobe. If this location were on an episode of Gym Nightmares Gordon Ramsey would say they've given up. Based on staff attitudes my guess is that they feel they're above cleaning toilets, scrubbing baseboards, or even just running a dust mop or squeegee through the locker rooms and showers. The Norfolk facility is on point. They welcome you in with a smile and there's a lady wiping down the facilities all the time. In short they obviously care and VB Blvd does NOT.

A first impression means everything, and every morning when I come in around 8:30, the check-in experience is always great. Michelle(I think that is her name—she has short hair & she’s Filipino), the greeter, consistently goes above and beyond. She’s warm, welcoming, and always ready with a genuine smile. Any time I need help or have a question, she knows exactly how to assist me or direct me to the right person. She truly sets the tone for a positive experience every time I walk in. I also had the chance to work with Keith for training, and he’s an exceptional personal trainer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when explaining things—especially my body scan. He offers the right amount of guidance without overdoing it and keeps you motivated in a way that feels encouraging and comfortable. The cleanliness in the facility is always impressive as well. The staff keeps everything in great condition, which makes the environment even more enjoyable. Overall, the team does an amazing job. Keep up the great work!

I love coming to this location. The staff in the kids room are always happy and energetic along with being greeted at the front desk. There are numerous machines, cables and free weights in different areas if it gets too crowded. I enjoy using the pool and hot tub as well when I have extra time.
