Laurie is an excellent instructor who takes the time to show you the machine, how to use it, and how to tailor it to your level. She makes me feel comfortable to ask lots of questions and to go at my own pace. I was surprised at how easy it was to get started with Pilates and how good it makes me feel. Laurie puts 100% into her teaching to make sure you get the best experience.

Laurie is an awesome Pilates instructor! I would come into class feeling tight and sometimes even sore, but I would leave feeling relaxed, stretched out and strong! As a senior (79)with several health issues concerning the need for a gradual strengthening , I was concerned about the advisability of attending Pilates classes. I found Laurie to be fully qualified in certifications as well as her drive to continually research every aspect of her client needs. Her assessment of my condition was thoughtful, researched, consistent and accurate. She remained focused on my movements and comfort. Whenever a change in method was necessary, Laurie was able to adjust her teaching to my body ability. I am stronger now.
