Finally I am understanding and executing the moves in pilates correctly. THANK YOU Laurie! After years of pilates and several teachers Laurie has opened new doors to me. The instructors were fine but Laurie is so very excellent. Her knowledge and varied areas of training provide a very comprehensive foundation for her teaching.
