Onix is amazing! I had originally booked with another company over a month in advance, and they cancelled due to staffing 2 days before the clean. I reached out to Onix with my situation, and they were able to give us an appointment with such short notice! My apartment has truly never been so clean, communication was easy, and the cleaners were kind to me and my cats! They went above and beyond what I expected in every room of my home. I will be booking and recommending them for any future cleans!

I recently hired Onix Cleaning Services to do a deep clean of my apartment. My husband and I are relatively clean, but wanted to have it professionally cleaned to get in all the nooks and crannies we hadn't. Onix was incredibly communicative--right after I viewed the quote on their website and requested to schedule, they called me and were able to schedule our cleaning for a few days later. The 3 cleaners who came were great--our place was spotless and felt very fresh. We look forward to using them again in the future!

2 stars because they showed up on time, fair pricing, and did the bare minimum, but did not complete the tasks that we paid for (move in, middle tier out of the 3 tiers). We hired Onix for a move in cleaning and paid for the middle tier option (they’ve 3 options). They mopped and vacuumed and did a very surface level cleaning (quick wipe down, nothing else), but as you can see in the pictures, they did not do a thorough job that they advertised. The place had been cleaned prior to moving in, but we wanted a thorough cleaning, hence why we wanted professional cleaners who have all the special tools and supplies to do a thorough cleaning. after Onix cleaned, we noticed there were many cobwebs remaining with some being in higher spots and others being reachable with a standard duster. The tiles in the bathroom (both floor and shower) still remained dirty as pictured. On the bathroom floor, I spent a minute cleaning the top tile with a dollar tree dish sponge and bleach, which is noticeably cleaner than the work Onix did. The insides of drawers, which is included in their package that we paid for, still remained dirty. These issues were mentioned after the cleaning was completed but we were told they cleaned. With that being said, I just cleaned the home myself and considered it a loss of $400+. It’s just not worth it to me to have people come back and micromanage them, I just want people to do their job as described & paid for. I was looking for a cleaning service to come monthly, and will no longer consider Onix an option because of the poor job done.
