Excellent communication through email and text. The cleaners were punctual, very pleasant and did a thorough job. The apartment was sparkling and smelled great! I highly recommend Premier Quality Cleaning.

I have used PQ cleaning services few times in the last 3-4 yrs and have always had the best experience. They do a very good job cleaning and it’s easy to schedule them online through their website. Their scheduling department is well run with prompt response when I had to reschedule an appointment. Lucy on the phone was very friendly and helpful!! They take pride in their service and care about their customer’s experience. Highly recommend their services for cleaning!!! :)

We've been using PQ Cleaning & Organizing for several years and couldn't be more satisfied! We trust the people who come to our home weekly to dust, clean the floors and bathrooms, and wipe things down. If they have time, they'll vacuum the couch or clean the fridge or oven. It's easy for me to text or call the owner about billing, scheduling or special requests. They take notes in my computer profile about various preferences and requests. This is really helpful because the people who come may vary from week to week (rotating between about 5-6 people). Billing is done automatically from my credit card and I'm emailed a receipt. I do, however, leave a cash tip for whoever comes. I trust all of the people who come to our home. We sometimes have them come when we're not home, or leave while they're still cleaning. On a couple occasions, they honestly pointed out things that need repair or replacing, which I genuinely appreciate. One of the things that I absolutely love about PQ Cleaning & Organizing is the owners' commitment to their employees. They ensure that work is distributed fairly, they have transportation, supplies, and uniforms (including winter coats). Speaking of supplies, they are flexible about the work they do or tools they use. For example, I prefer that a particular spray mop with floor cleaner be used. I provide that myself, but they use whatever they provide on the counters or in the bathroom.

I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. This provider is so good that I wish that I could provide seven stars. The two young ladies are very good. The youngest has been cleaning my home for about two years. They are so diligent and detail oriented. I’ve also asked them to clean certain things such as a sofa which was stained by a contractor. The sofa looks perfect. They will go out of their way to make the customer happy. The owner/manager is also very nice to interact with.

I’ve been using PQ for about 4 years, and they are great. The price is reasonable for the area, and in just two hours, they make my apartment sparkle! The cleaners are friendly, detail-oriented, and have never damaged my items. I do 1x a month cleanings, but I wish I could have them come every week. They bring all their own equipment and cleaning supplies with them, which is a plus. Scheduling/payment is pretty easy to set up online, though I wish there was a way to see farther out into the future than the next cleaning. I do like to leave a cash tip for the cleaners. It’s easy to change a time/date if needed. The owners of the business are quick to respond to texts, and I’ve only had positive interactions with them. Overall I would definitely recommend them!
