I worked with Brent for several months trying to find my perfect starter home and he was so wonderful to work with! Even when I was giving up hope of finding something in my budget, he still kept looking for me and I finally got the cutest house in Waterloo:) He was very supportive through all the steps needed to get to closing and made sure I understood everything and promptly answered all my questions! Definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a real estate agent I highly recommend Danielle Fitzgerald. She helped me purchase a property in Charleston Mo thru a foreclosure auction. This was my first time purchasing a property thru an auction. Without her explaining the process to me and communicating with me through out the whole process I wouldn't have purchased this property. She made it easy. I will definitely be using her again.
