I had a very nice Message today on Good Friday. It was supposed to be a 90 minute Message. It was a 78 minute message. The Messuse brought me in the room at 11:O1. Then she left until @11: 05 when the actual Mesaage started. Then at 12:23 the Message was over, all noted from the digital clock in each room. How does this equate to an adversed 90 minute message? This is coming from a repeat customer over many years. Owner, please tighten up your standards or don't advertise that's it's a 90 minute Message, when it's a less than 80 minute Message.

I had such a wonderful experience with Desiree at Opal Day Spa! From the moment I walked in, the space was beautiful, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Desiree was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain Dysport, walk me through the process, and really listen to what I wanted. We decided to treat my eyes, 11s, forehead, and masseter, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re considering Dysport or any injectable treatments, I highly recommend Desiree. She’s knowledgeable, skilled, and truly makes you feel comfortable every step of the way!

If I can give 0 star, I would. Be very careful if you ever book an appointment here… there is no such thing as reminders or notifications. They will charge you for the full amount, without the option to receive credit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Opal Day Spa is one of my favorites. I had a wonderful experience today. Denise gave me a great facial, and my skin is glowing. She also took the time to explain the science behind what she was doing, which made the experience even more meaningful. You can tell she truly understands skin and cares about her clients. My husband and I both had massages with Darlene, and they were excellent. She is incredibly skilled and made the experience deeply relaxing. We’ve been customers of Opal for years, and the entire staff is consistently warm, professional, and exceptional. We always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. Thank you, Denise, Darlene, and the Opal team for another fantastic experience.
