The woman at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. She sparkled and she was beautiful. Bradley did an awesome massage and I would definitely schedule work him again. Everyone was super kind and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The place was very clean and also relaxing from the minute we walked in the door.

I had a one hour massage with Audrey and it was amazing! Very reasonable price compared to competitors and I loved the facility. Very calming environment; no sales gimmicks or pushiness to rebook while I paid and left. I will definitely be back!

Love Open Sky in Grandview! The spa itself is so calming, relaxing, and smells good from the moment you walk in. Jaimee is a miracle worker and I have made myself a regular here for ashiatsu massage. Can't recommend enough.

I wanted to get my husband a luxury facial that was deep cleansing with extractions. I booked one of their most expensive facials (hydrafacial) and was informed that the service would be complete and thorough and would be about 45-50 mins. The facial was $200. Let's start with the first issue, the facial lasted 30 mins - we know this because of the timestamp on the credit card and the fact that he was able to return home before 45 mins from his appt time, and we live about 10 mins away. Second, the esthetician did not use steam to open up the pores, did not perform any extractions, and did not do any type of deep cleansing. My husband asked repeatedly, will you be doing extractions, will you use steam, will you focus on my problem areas, like my forehead? The esthetician dismissed his concerns, and said "no we don't use steam here." He said they just put stuff on his face and then wiped it off. Third, after the service was complete, he felt pressured to leave a tip for a service that was TERRIBLE. Fourth, when he got back, I called the Open sky and spoke to the receptionist, I explained what the issue was, that this was supposed to be a very thorough facial, with extractions, and should have lasted at least 45 mins. The receptionist was understanding and asked how we would like this to be resolved. I said a partial refund would be acceptable. She said she would call us back and let us know what they could do. We don't hear from them at all, but see on the credit card statement that $32.40 was refunded. I have gone to many spas and received many luxury facials. For a facial to be $200 it better be a great service. For the level of service provided and given, you can get a BETTER service at Oasis face bar for $50 and they use steam. If you want a luxury facial go to Woodhouse or Panacea. It's the same price and definitely a much more thorough and nicer service. Lastly, when he came home we looked at his skin, none of his whiteheads or blackheads were removed, his pores were still clogged, and his skin still looked dull.

Had such an amazing experience today! Shaina was incredible—my facial was pure bliss, and she made me feel so comfortable. Andrew also did an excellent job giving my daughter a massage for her birthday. She loved every second! Highly recommend them both—can’t wait to come back!
