I just got my car detailed by Justin and John, and wow… I’m still not over it. From the moment I walked in, they were completely transparent—no pressure, no upsells, just straight-up honesty. I went in for paint correction and a full detailing, and what they did is nothing short of Cinderella-level magic. They took this old pumpkin of a car and turned it into something I’m actually proud to drive around. The quality of their work is insane. Jon and two of the other Opulent team guys arrived early as arranged. They went right to work in the hot sun after I had a little chat with Jon about the work to be done. He asked me if there was anything special I wanted them to focus on. There was not at the time but I did ask him later to remove 2 decals from the rear window. He was happy to do so. They started on the engine compartment, then moved to the outside and then the interior as the work progressed. They worked in the heat for nearly 2 hours to complete the job. The engine, exterior and interior were meticulously cleaned. The floor mats were buffed clean. The dash was cleared of all sticky residue from phone mounts. They even vacuumed under the rear hatch area where the spare tire is located. The vehicle looked great inside and out! I would recommend them for your detailing needs without hesitation. David N.
