I was hoping I could just let Sierra Car Wash directly that I’m not happy but they’re the one that texted me and sent me to Google reviews…they want my opinion…here it is. I’ve only been a member for 6 weeks and two of the five car washes I received they only had one employee to service the exterior, they were caught up with an interior job and I waited before I left both times so I don’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for. I am considering canceling my subscription if I can’t get what I’m paying for why am I doing it?

Recently the monthly price went up, but honestly they are so wonderful I don’t mind. I get a once monthly full clean where they vacuum, wipe down interior, clean windows, and remove my floor mats and wash those. I get at least two washes a week, they have free vacuums for self use and supply microfiber towels to dry it yourself. I have been coming here over a year and appreciate being able to go to any location for a wash!
