Mike the general manager….definitely a Virgo.
She Eats
Food came out burnt. One chicken was great and golden the other was BLACK. Fully black. With crisp charred edges. We requested to have another made and they brought 2 more out charred and black again. The server admitted to it and apologized as she seen the remake was just as dark and burnt. The “general manager” Mike then came over and did NOT apologize. Instead said “I don’t think we can make the chicken to your liking” with a very sarcastic tone coming across extremely passive aggressive. The inappropriate response and the way he handled the entire situation made us feel so extremely uncomfortable and I promise we will not be returning… would not recommend…

Been to most Oregano's for meals and enjoyed their food, but the downtown Gilbert restaurant was GREAT! Looking forward to our next visit
