Phenomenal company. The owner is very thorough, answered all my questions, and educated me quite a bit. He cares about his customers and does not behave as a salesman like many other HVAC companies. He doesnt try to up-sell anything and makes sure you get what you need rather than what makes him the most money. His work was absolutely spectacular, and he didnt charge extra for a couple small surprises during the implementation. He also did work for my in-laws and they had the same experience and quality of work. I couldn't recommend this company enough, and will be using them again. You won't be disappointed going with Optic Air and you will be supporting a local small/med sized business, keeping money in the community! :)

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended I had my AC and humidifier installed by this heating and cooling company, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team was very professional, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done properly. What really stood out is that they cleaned thoroughly after finishing the work, leaving the area spotless. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive and cheaper than other companies I contacted, without compromising on quality.
