Much better than the “other pest control” company. I’ve used both and these guys are great. 2 days before my scheduled appointment, I needed to reschedule and they got it done, no issues. They’re fast and I haven’t had a big problem since I joined.

Joel was amazing. Walked me through every step that was taking place. Very informative & didn't leave any ? unanswered. & @ times answered my ?'s before I was able to ask. I feel extremely confident in Orkin & Joel after my 1st visit.

Seth came by to do my regular treatment. He is always professional contact me when he’ll come and when he’s here, he always ask questions to make sure that he can address whatever my needs may be at the time of his visit. Should I meet him in between visits. They always make a convenient appointment and come out as scheduled. They are a little pricey, but I appreciate their service and they’ve been very helpful in recommending my pest issues.

Orkin Nashville was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call from my web inquiry to schedule, to the initial inspection, to service. Went on the website on Friday at 8am, service was done by the following Monday before 9:45am. I wish I could recall the person I spoke with on the phone! She was fantastic and deserves a shout out. Reid who came out for the initial inspection was top notch! Quick to be out for the inspection. He did a thorough inspection and got us set up with exactly what we needed. Steven was excellent our technician! One of the best people I’ve ever worked with or met. Talk about going above and beyond. Steven is THE example of that! I don’t think his service could be topped! Highly recommend Orkin. From start to finish completely satisfied! 10/10

Do not hire for insulation. We had Orkin come out and replace the insulation in our attic and crawl space in July. Paid a large chunk of money for the service. Now, in September, we are working to sell our house. The inspector came out and looked in the crawl space to find insulation hanging down (old and new), the old insulation that Orkin was supposed to replace with encapsulated insulation still in sections of the crawl space, and damage to my vapor barrier from Orkin's service workers being down there. After paying as much as I did and having 5-8 service workers in my yard at any given time, they didn't even complete the job. I called this week and had the district manager come out who then scheduled someone to come fix it this upcoming week. But truly that shouldn't have needed to happen because the job should have been completed right 2 months ago! So if I didn't have an inspector out, I would have just been stuck with an uncompleted job. Orkin and their workers knew the job wasn't completed and that it wasn't completed correctly. This service is a scam. Do not trust them to complete the job. Double check everything. What a nightmare!
