Morning, you're making it sound like he showed up and actually did something. He never showed up, this is his second time this month, on the 19th of December now it's the 26th and he missed again this makes the third time he hasn't shown up since I got the package in July. . I want to cancel my service package

Orkin’s technician came this morning to do a preliminary inspection. Then his supervisor came later in the day to inspect the attic, which the technician had not checked. There he found several issues which he duly documented. I appreciate that he was very thorough.

I reached out due to seeing droppings in my kitchen. One guy came a walked around, took some pictures. The other guy came in and attempted to only spray and put down feed (or something) in the kitchen. I asked him to do the basement (idk where all the mice go, I think the house should be fully covered). On the phone they said they would spray outside as well, I don’t think that happened. Shortly after the men leaving, I get a quote for almost $5,000 to actually close up the gaps and prevent pests from getting inside. That shocked me. I could’ve purchased some spray (he diluted his with water, hopefully there was actually some solution in there) and put down some sticky traps.
