We have been using Orkin for almost a year now and we are very happy with the service (no bugs!). Troy, the technician, is always pleasant and extremely professional. We have tried other services and find Orkin to be the best!

Orkin has been a huge help for me. When and if I have any bug or rodent issues they are fast and thorough. I recently had an issue with a dead rodent. I called Orkin and they sent Don to assist me. He was a life saver and found the rodent. He handled the situation promptly with a high level of sanitation. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you so much Orkin. I had an excellent experience with Orkin! Ahmad, my technician, was very professional and personable. He took the time to thoroughly spray both inside and outside of the property, making sure every area was properly treated. Ahmad was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing a thorough job. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. I'm very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Orkin, especially if you're fortunate enough to have Ahmad as your technician. Five stars!

I have not had a very good experience with Orkin. I’ve been dealing with them for three months to get rid of a rodent problem. It first started off where I never received a service ticket on what was done and I had to call 3 to 4 times to get it as they had my wrong email. I then talked to a manager about issues that I was having and he did not get back to me because he was on vacation and then the Regional manager never got back to me manager never got back to me. After weeks of battling, I finally spoke to the manager again. He said he’s gonna go out there personally himself and take care of it, which was last week. He never called me back afterwards and I never received a service ticket. I called again today and he’s on vacation again. I left a message for the regional manager and I’m hoping he will call me back. I’m still dealing with this road situation. They are not good at communicating and following through! And my road and prom has not been solved after three months!
