Had a great experience with Orkin, specifically thanks to Rob who helped us deal with a bad infestation of fruit flies that randomly came up in the winter. He took a look at any potential problem spots, left us with a number of traps he said would be more effective than anything store bought, and offered to drop more traps off or look around more if the problem wasn’t fixed in the next week. Since he showed up I’ve hardly seen any flies, and don’t have to worry about cooking or I’ve left a single food product out. He was like the fruit fly Terminator.

Very Happy with service provided by Orkin Canada. The technician came out and gave us a quote for racoon proofing our home. Promised to come back in 2 days. He ended up not being able to come due to a medical problem. He got in touch with us immediately. We only had to wait one extra day to have another tech. arrive. He came today, it was very cold (January) and he did the work up on the roof, in about 4-5 hours. It had to be difficult. I might add that both young men were extremely pleasant and polite. I am happy that the work is guaranteed for one year.

I had a pest problem I needed help eradicating and made me very anxious. After a few recommendations and reading reviews, I decided to go with Orkin. Honestly after the first spray I noticed a reduction in the pests and before the final spray which was really more of a preventative measure, I have not seen any pest activity in my house. I feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life and I have my house back. Thanks to Satyam for being a professional person excellence. I highly recommend him. He was patient in waiting for us to leave the house cos there are two seniors and a young child so we are not as swift.

Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. Scott expertly and humanely removed the babies, then put a plan in motion to trick the mother out of the attic in order to take her babies away. He came the next day to check, and the mother and babies were gone. We are finally raccoon FREE! Also, he completely secured the perimeter of the roof and house to prevent raccoons and other wildlife from entering the house and attic. Job well done Scott, thank you!

Communication with Orkin was excellent and Sunny called when he was 20 minutes from arriving as we were told at the time we set up the appointment. We got an appointment within 24 hours. He was very informative and clear with the procedure and treatment that was going to take place. We understood it much better.
