I went in to exchange a fragrance I bought as a gift and was told body products are final sale. There was a small sign on the counter, but this wasn’t mentioned when I checked out, and I was given a gift receipt, which made me assume it could be exchanged. The manager explained this was due to the holiday rush, but handing out gift receipts for non-exchangeable items without verbally mentioning they’re final sale feels misleading. At a $50 price point, especially for a gift, clearer communication upfront would have been really appreciated. I’ve always loved this store, which made the way this was handled especially disappointing. I left feeling brushed off.

This place is a gem. They have a beautiful house made jewelry line along with fine jewelry, and everything is high quality and fairly priced. The owner is wonderful and the customer service is amazing and makes you feel welcome. There is so much fun stuff to look at beyond the jewelry too. The home goods and other curated items make it a great place to browse. I always leave with the perfect gift or treat for myself.

This is the best store I’ve ever been in and made my dopamine go crazy. So satisfying and fun and amazing. I could’ve dropped hundreds of dollars easily and had to practice serious self restraint. Shop workers are great. Dog is great. Vibe is great. For earthy girlies this place is a heaven

Love love love this place. The people that work here are fantastic, authentic and I connected with them instantly. The owner helped me pick out a necklace for my broody teen’s upcoming 16th birthday (gifting for a teenager - IYKYK ) and she went above and beyond and hand wrapped (in gold) a peridot stone (kiddos birthstone) to the necklace for me. Oh, and there were 3 small, sweet and scrumptious shop dogs in there that turned my day from a 3 to a 10. So yeah…I’m a believer.
