I purchased this silver bracelet at a vintage store while on vacation in Boston. It needed shortening, I brought it into Hutcherson and Dustin and Caroline returned it shortened but also just in an overall elevated condition. It’s REMARKABLE which is why I’m writing this review. They cleaned up the oxidation and smoothed out all the rough edges. It’s now worth FOUR times what I paid I kid you not. Thanks you guys. You never ever disappoint but still surprise me with your skill.

Highest praise for this incredibly professional and personable crew. Caroline made us feel comfortable and in control, patiently helping us coalesce our vague ideas into beautiful designs. We got to review 3D printed models of the rings, and she gracefully handled our request when we decided as we were about to leave that we actually wanted a change. The team completed our rings quickly and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final products! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for custom jewelry now that this standard has been set.

I cannot recommend Hutcherson Goldsmithing enough. I lost my dad this January to a long battle with cancer, and decided to look into having a ring made with his ashes. I had a hard time finding someone who was willing to work with ashes, but they took this project on without hesitation. Together, Caroline and I designed a beautiful engraved gold ring to hold my dad’s ashes. Since I no longer get to have my dad in the physical form, having this ring allows me to carry a small piece of him with me everywhere I go, which is priceless. I am forever grateful for Caroline and her team, who were incredibly kind, thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process.
