Phenomenal service! They did exactly what I asked for, the estimate ended up being perfectly accurate so there were no surprise charges, and they ended up getting my car ready for pickup 4 days earlier than estimated! I will only ever go to Oscar’s in the future, overwhelmingly positive experience!

I’m a returning customer and have had great experiences with Oscar Auto Body for over 30 years. Rahmin, Lukas, and their team are skilled, respectful, and attentive. They repaired the damage on our 2017 Toyota Prius and restored it to its original condition. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them. Amir

My 2005 Honda Civic LX Special Edition, which I bought new, may be 21 years old, but I’ve taken good care of it. It is mechanically sound, it has only 26,800 miles on the odometer and its factory fire-engine-red paint looks to be unfaded. At age 90, I’m sure it will outlast me I had my first accident earlier this winter, and it was nasty. A chunk of ice left by a snowplow got trapped under my front bumper cover and split it six ways from Sunday. Attached pix show the BEFORE and AFTER left-side split--the right-side damage was twice as bad (sorry, the BEFORE pic won’t upload). Two indie body shops would replace the bump cover and paint it for $1,000. As I drove to Oscar Auto Body for a third estimate, I pretty much figured it would come in with a $1K replacement, too. Owner Ramin Hakimi did, but then he suggested another way. He would weld the splits from the underside of the cover and brush-touch the paint. “You’ll be able to see the tiny seam where the splits meet,” he said,’ but the casual observer won’t notice any difference.” Cost? $370. This plan’s potential savings led me to show Ramin some surface damage to my rear bump cover, incurred some time ago when I backed into a brick wall too low to see. He’d take care of this cosmetic damage for $89 (Collision Bonilla wanted $700!). Attached pix shows AFTER. I chose to have both front and rear ends done, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done, including the paint match. My choice made Ramin happy, too, because as an environmentalist he hates having to trash big pieces of fiberglass (his shop was one of the first in the city to transition to water-based or low-volatile organic compound (low-VOC) paint). I went to a family gathering last Sunday. I pulled into the driveway behind my brother, a perfectionist mechanical engineer. Walking over to my Civic, he said, “I see you decided to pop for a new bumper cover.” Nuff said. Finally, I want to say that I wholeheartedly agree with the many online reviewers who found Ramin extraordinary. He is forthright and will give you his undivided personal attention as well as a more-than-fair price. He did not patronize me as so often happens with women drivers or discount my input because of my advanced age. We all want an honest estimator, and Ramin Hakimi is IT.

These guys were extremely helpful with helping me understand my repair and insurance options. They walked me through my options and gave me real tangible advice on how to proceed. Highly recommend.

I try my best to support small businesses whenever possible. I came here with high hopes that I could find help since the last shop I went to couldn't fix my concern. Though the staff here was extremely nice and courteous of budget friendly options to try and meet my expectations, sadly I left upset. I still paid for the time invested and what they attempted. But I don't get it, I don't think my request is as complicated as it may seem to the shop. Its a brand new cover/face plate to go over large screws on my spoiler for an expensive show car. All I wanted was for this piece to look brand new because it was going to be installed onto a brand new car. I appreciated the employee for saying that they could go the affordable route of just polishing the imperfections from the last shop's finish and that it should come out ok. I went in 2 days later, not impressed with the finish of the polish work but I still paid because I was overly frustrated. My only real feedback to the shop, just do what the customer asks for next time. It may not seem like a huge deal but its my dream car that I have worked so hard over the years to finally own. I want it to look brand new as it should look. I don't think its too much to ask for. So now i'm off to find another shop that is competent enough to do the job for me. You guys tried and you were nice. So thanks for that at least.
