Great experience eating here before a comedy show in Liberty. You can tell everything is made with taste in mind being the most important thing and they did not disappoint! The focaccia was sooo good, ceasar salad was great with not too overpowering of a dressing, and all the main dishes were wonderful! I want to go back to be able to order them all for myself before they change their seasonal menu!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had such an amazing date night at Osteria Bianchi! The food was outstanding and the drinks were truly next level. We started with the focaccia and dipping oil along with two excellent Caesar salads. For entrées, my husband had the Malfadine (smoked goat in a creamy tomato sauce) and I had the Campo Lindo Chicken, which could easily feed two—both were phenomenal. The cocktails were the highlight of the night. I haven’t had drinks crafted with this much care since Justus Drugstore years ago. Nathan is not just an average bartender—he’s an incredible mixologist. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the science and technique behind several of the cocktails he creates, and he did it with such detail and passion. The craftsmanship truly shows in every drink. I loved the Apple of My Eye with his house-made apple syrup. My husband said his Old Fashioned was the best he’s ever had—so smooth I even enjoyed it, and I don’t drink whiskey. We also tried the Spiced Pear Margarita, perfectly smooth with no tequila bite. It paired beautifully with our pumpkin soufflé dessert. Nathan and Drew were both so attentive, informative, and welcoming. They made sure our drinks were always topped off and our experience was perfect from start to finish. Absolutely nothing we would change. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been wanting to go to Osteria Bianchi for over a year. The occasion finally came when our friends from St. Joseph wanted to meet us for dinner. This place was about a 45 minute drive for us and a 55 minute drive for them, so about halfway. Liberty is lovely. Osteria Bianchi is amazing!! The chef/owners have done an incredible job with this establishment. They know what they are doing after cooking and some great restaurants in amazing cities for years. I’m really glad that they chose our neck of the woods to plant their flag. The food here is magnificent. The service is perfect. No one missed a thing. Our server Lauren was impeccable. If you have the opportunity, you should ask for her as I’ve rarely encountered a better server anywhere. She will make your meal special. Lauren recommended the focaccia bread. It was the best I’ve ever had. It came out piping hot. The Cesar Salad blew us away! Our dining companions that they could eat another one. I didn’t detect any anchovies, but it was nearly perfect. The Lumachi was fantastic!! it was a delicious pasta with a sausage gravy. It could have been warmer. I love that the menu here changes with the seasons. We were some of the first to enjoy the fall menu on November 7. The Hanger Steak is something I’ve seen on the menu for a while. After having dozens of Hangar Steak, entrées in my life, Osteria Bianchi has the best one I’ve ever had. Literal perfection. The peanut butter flan was a fantastic finish to an amazing meal with great company. They have a nice wine list here, in addition to a full bar with creative and fun cocktails. This place is the full package. Totally worth the drive and we will be back. We’ll bring more friends next time. I recommend reservations. I reserved our table 60 days in advance and we got a very good one in the back. That was a blessing. Osteria Bianchi gave us one of our top five dining experiences ever in the metro area. Thank you.

The staff are genuinely passionate about delivering an outstanding dining experience, making every guest feel like family. The handmade pastas are light, silky, and paired with deeply flavorful sauces. The Tonnarelli with shrimp, calamari, mussels, salsa verde is a standout. Their focaccia, served with Parmesan salsa, is a must-try; airy, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. Owners Kelly and Josh have created something truly special. Their passion shines through in every dish, and the service is impeccable. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving top-tier Italian food, Osteria Bianchi is a must-visit.
