Osteria Novella was a phenomenal experience - from the ambience of the restaurant, to the great service (very friendly and attentive staff), all the way to the amazing food. We had the eggplant fritters and crostone for starters and both were incredible. We then split a pizza and a pasta - the pizza was cooked perfectly in their pizza oven and the pasta was perfectly balanced. Great night, great atmosphere, highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had a party of 8 at Osteria Novela on a busy Saturday night, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years. The service was absolutely outstanding! Several of us even commented that it might be the best service we’ve experienced in a very long time. Our server, Georgy F., was exceptional. His knowledge of the entire menu and the way he described each dish and cocktail was incredibly impressive and made the whole experience that much better. The food was phenomenal across the board, and the craft cocktails were just as memorable. Everything came out beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Between the service, food, and overall experience, this place absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be back.

Our meal was great, spectacular really. The 3% credit card surcharge was an unpleasant surprise though, since it wasn't disclosed prior to receiving the check. Surcharges are unexpected for a restaurant at this price point, so be forewarned - and bring a wad of cash if you want to avoid it.
