We recently hired OT Bay Builders to upgrade our bathroom from a half bath to a full walk-in shower, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free—largely thanks to Ron, the project supervisor, who was an absolute gem throughout the process. Ron guided us every step of the way—from securing permits to coordinating inspections and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. He brought in the right experts for each phase—plumbing, installation, and finishing—and made sure the work was done with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every interaction. We were so impressed with their work that we also asked them to help extend our kitchen pantry, and once again, they delivered beyond expectations. The craftsmanship and professionalism of the entire OT Bay Builders team were top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable, communicative, and skilled contractor who truly cares about your home and your vision, look no further than OT Bay Builders—and ask for Ron! Highly recommend

I hired OT Bay Builders to update the kitchen and two bathrooms in my Los Gatos home. Tyler and Mauricio worked together seamlessly to keep the remodel on track. Leslie organized each phase with great attention to detail, and Breanna stayed in contact weekly. The craftsmanship is excellent, especially the tile and built-in cabinetry. I appreciated how respectful everyone was with our home and how smoothly things moved despite the scope of work. Very glad I chose them.
