New furnace from them installed early Aug. Waited to see how well it has turned out. All excellent. Everything works perfectly. No surprises. Aaron and the team at Ottawa Comfort Heating & Cooling were the best. They helped us out first a couple years ago to move our AC unit to the side of our house (after we had a new deck installed), and more recently, they installed a brand new AC unit. Ottawa Comfort Heating & Cooling replaced my water heater with a tankless water heater, updated my gas lines, fixed my furnace and added a humidifier. They were very professional, quick, and were super at communicating. The work was very well done and they took the time to do everything right, including when it was challenging. They were also very personable and polite. I will turn to them whenever I need anything going forward for sure, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
Aaron is a kind, courteous, and detailed professional. He performed maintenance on our home heating systems and ensured they were clean and working perfectly. For our furnace, he took the blower and motor out and removed all the soot. He also refreshed our Napoleon gas fireplace. He took the time to take out the logs, cleaned the dirt off all the components and glass, and everything looks new again. If you need help with your home heating systems, we highly recommend working with Aaron!
