Our experience with Rydel Roofing was great! To be honest, when it came time to reroof our 150-year-old farmhouse, we weren't sure what kind of reaction we'd get from the pros, given that nothing was truly level or square and we didn't know what they'd encounter once the existing roof was removed. Would any company even want to take it on? It turns out we needn't have worried, with Rydel in our corner! Mack assured us that they could do the entire job before Christmas and it was already the end of November when we signed the contract! The crew were consummate professionals, who put in long days in the bitter cold. Despite the adverse weather conditions they were always friendly and pleasant and more than happy to explain the process. On his frequent sight visits, Mack kept us informed of potential problem areas and recommended solutions. In short, our entire experience was 100% positive and we couldn't recommend them more.

Amazing service and quality craftsmanship Rydel replaced our roof in November of 2023, replacing a roof that the previous owners had layered two and in spots three layers of shingles with a new EuroShield roof made of recycled transport tires that can withstand any weather conditions. Mack worked with us as the project manager and provided a quote that was accurate and confirmed any additional work with us with firm pricing before anything additional would proceed. In the end the Rydel team replaced a large roof just before winter and set us up for success. We recently had one issue with a minor leak and it was quickly handled by Rydel who came out to fix the issue within two days. It was good to see that the initial installation as well as follow up work was handled with the same professionalism. Thanks Mack and team for a well built roof that’s kept us dry and also reduced our AC bills in the summer. 5 out of 5 - I highly recommend Rydel 😊

Maximum credit and lots of thanks to the Rydel Ottawa team. Working in cold and difficult conditions Rydel completed repairs to insufficient work done by another company previously. Not only did Rydel identify and do the work needed in a timely fashion there was also a very high level of communication before, during and after the job, including a detailed report as requested of exactly what was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Mercier and the Rydel Ottawa team. I'll definitely use Rydel Ottawa again in the future. John Charron

AMAZING!!! Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Absolutely a PHENOMENAL experience with Rydel. From Lauren in the Head Office, Jack our Sales Rep, Rémi & his wonderful team of installers, to Eric & Mack the Supervisors, our experience could not have been smoother! Their communication during the whole process was on-point, never leaving us to question anything. Jack remained in contact with us until the work began, keeping us in the loop. The installation team was super friendly and always checked on us for updates. If we did see something, they would rectify it instantly. Lauren was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had, with a sunny and cheery disposition. And Eric & Mack made sure that we were happy with EVERYTHING, every step of the way. If you need your siding done, Rydel is definitely the way to go!!! Thank you so much!!! A+++++

Rydel Roofing recently replaced our old asphalt roof with a Wakefield Bridge Metal Roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mack, was involved throughout the process and kept us well-informed every step of the way. His consistent communication and availability to answer questions gave us confidence in what to expect and when. Devin and the installation crew did a fantastic job. Their professionalism and attention to detail were clear from the beginning, and they took the time to explain the more technical aspects — including our switch to a ridge vent system — in a way that was easy to understand. That extra effort made the process feel smooth and transparent. We were also impressed with the respect shown for our property and our neighbours’. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site organized, and were diligent with the cleanup at the end of each day. The finished product looks great, and we feel confident knowing the roof was installed with care. We’re very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend Rydel Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a positive experience.
