As a resident you want to make sure everything is functioning properly right down the the garage door opener, the spring broke on my door causing the door to fall and made it extremely hard to raise manually, a work order was placed and Frankie made it out well ahead of his scheduled time which was perfect. He was very knowledgeable about the fix and was courteous and professional throughout the process. He made sure to inspect the doors moving parts completely beyond the movies issue and made sure all was properly working before cleaning up and departing. Awesome technician this company has on their team. I highly recommend.

Francisco is an outstanding employee! He goes above and beyond just removing and installing the new garage door. First, he is a very nice person. Second, he is very knowledgeable about the doors and how to maintain them in the future (hinges, large spring, etc.). He oiled all the joints on the other garage door and tightened the chain (it is an Overhead Door). He made sure I knew how to take care of the doors, what to use, etc. He gave me his card, which was very helpful. Francisco is a terrific guy and representative for Overhead Door!

So thankful for the great people at Overhead Door who always take wonderful care of my customers and now today took great care of me! Their tech Mark Gomez was right on time as usual and was able to replace the broken spring on my garage door without scheduling another appointment. Thank you, Mark for always being so professional! Excellent work from Overhead Door in installing a new motor, a new switch inside the garage, servicing my system, and installing an outdoor panel with codes in an inconspicuous place outside. Mark (Lopez) is a terrific guy with Overhead Door : He is a thoroughly professional technician and installer, courteous, efficient, and a great communicator in explaining his work to the customer. My parents’ house began decades ago with Overhead Door . I’m glad I retained them as my go-to company for Garage Doors. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
