A timeshare was the worst financial decision my wife and I had ever made. Before being deceived by a publicly traded timeshare company, we were frugal and prudent with our money. It goes without saying that we did not anticipate such behavior from a company of that size. In any case, we were happy to hear the name of this company and contacted them that same day for a quote after talking to a few other former timeshare owners. They all checked out after a little investigation, and we gave them an A+. Thank you, everyone.

It is nice to hear of a company that truely still gives retired veterans a better rate. John and his firm got us out of our 4 timeshares we have had forever and charged us nothing upfront. The payment plan for our bill was less than what we were paying even for 1/2 of our maintenance fees. We are in a much better spot now in our retirement.

They were hired in March of 2022 to absolve my timeshare with Wyndham. Well as of now Oct 2024 I have a collection on my credit for said account. I have contacted them many times about my concern with the calls or documents I received in regards to this account. I was assured and told not to worry. Well… now I have a collection on my account! I paid them over $4k for what?! Where is your integrity commitment results?!

The entity we were parting ways with had to be expedited as we did not want to incur any additional annual fees. OFS understood our desire to move away from the asset promptly and was able to get our filing in the books before we took on any additional fees. Some other companies were quoting us six months (or longer) to do what we needed done in a few weeks. This firm got the ball rolling for us right away and gave us a very convenient monthly payment option. Solid communication. Very professional service we felt.

My wife and I were bamboozled into a timeshare. When we tried to get out of it a company in Orlando just ended up selling us another one. We then tried to sell it and paid two companies upfront money which was a big mistake. This firm did not charge us a dime upfront and got us out of both of them. I cannot say enough about the representative we worked with. Michael Neubauer was absolutely first class. Every call and every text message was returned. Recommend them.
