I’ve been going to Pilates with this group for three years now, and I can honestly say it has been life changing for me. The instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive, and they bring such a wealth of experience to every class. Most of the time I go to Wendy’s classes, and she is truly amazing. With her background in nursing and her commitment to continuing education, she pours so much care and intention into helping her clients. She can even work around injuries and still create an incredible workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more confident. The other instructors are wonderful as well, and I love that no two classes are ever the same. Every workout feels fresh, challenging, and effective. But beyond the workouts, what makes P31 Pilates so special is the community. There is such a warm and caring environment here. You are known, valued, and supported the moment you walk in.
