This is our family's favorite thing to do, on a lazy day. Great atmosphere and music. Friendly service. I prefer over West Lane Bowl.... safer environment

My family of 42 people purchased 7 bowling lanes on New Year’s Eve - Dec 31, 2025. And Pacific Bowl did an amazing job with the added security measures to ensure the safety of its bowling customers. They only allowed customers who prepaid for their lanes (no one allowed in unless they’re on a paid lane), it helped to weed out any unscrupulous loitering. They also had security at ALL of the entrances/exits to avoid non-paying folks from sneaking in. With all the unfortunate and tragic things going on in Stockton recently, it made for such a safe, stress-free and wonderful night for us! Peace of mind is priceless nowadays. Thank you, Pacific Bowl, for such a wonderful and joyous New Year’s Eve for our family!

Freakn superb customer service, sweeper was down for approximately 7 mins when we paid by the hour. Had to go up to the front desk multiple time to get it fix. I asked if we could get that time adjusted in, but the person at the front desk at the time couldn't confirm the time, which i get it. Instead of helping and explaining the issue. All we got was attitude..considering how they act, this probably is the norm for them. Food for thoughts, if people wanted to steal time from you guys, they would have asked for more. Only good thing about pacific bowl is Jimmies place. . I can see why the business has become so bad.Last time we will ever come here

Service was horrible. The person behind the counter was dismissive and had a horrible attitude right from the start. As you can see from the photos, the place was pretty vacant so it’s not like the place was busy. I was excited to bowl and this experience was a disappointment.

Overall I really liked the place. the prices are great and there are enough lanes for everyone. I think the only issue I had was the service. The people up front seemed really rude and seemed like they were in a rush although no one was waiting, but maybe it was just a long day. I will definitely be back again.
