85% of the staff is on their phones not paying attention to any the kids. Parents should absolutely watch their own children and tell them how to behave, but if the staff is non existent how are rules and safety enforced? No one comes around to tidy or clean anything. It's a mess. We came to scope it out for a bday party... definitely picking somewhere else now. 🚫📱

This was by far one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve had at a family business. We attended toddler time, which should be the cleanest and safest time for young children, and the facility was filthy. There was visible food debris, dust buildup, and grime that clearly had not been cleaned in weeks—if not months. This is not a one-time issue; it looked like ongoing neglect. Even worse, we found old acrylic fingernails on the floor in areas where toddlers crawl and play. Completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. I have photos to support this. This wasn’t limited to toddler time either—we brought older children as well and the overall cleanliness throughout the facility was just as bad. For a place that overcharges families, there is absolutely no excuse for this level of unsanitary conditions. Parents are paying premium prices and trusting this business with their children’s safety. That trust was broken. Management and ownership need to take accountability. Basic cleanliness is not optional—especially in a children’s facility. Do better.

We were so blessed to be helped by Ana M yesterday she went above and beyond to assist my daughter and I to ensure that we had an amazing experience her customer service skills are remarkable. It was so heartwarming to know that people still care and like to go above and beyond we love this trampoline park and love helpful people like Ana M she truly is a gem . We Can’t wait to go back.

Fun place for all ages. Lots of cool designed features for exploring your athletic side. The staff is all about safety. The areas were clean and sanitized. This location had an adults area to chill out and watch sporting events! Cool setup.

A staffer told me this incessant beeping is caused by people sitting in the massage chairs without paying for them. That same staffer refused to ask people to get up to stop the beeping (those are his legs walking by in the frame). My head is killing me, even with earplugs. So much for enjoying my time here.
