- Staff to customer ratio is too low = terrible customer service & unsafe. - There were only 3 staff members Working the front end which consists of The main counter, the snack bar, & the party check in counter. - There are not enough tables or sitting space for parents & families. - The birthday party rooms are not staggered with time between parties for proper clean up. - Snack bar doesnt take credit/debit card so its cash only. If you have a card to pay for food & drinks you have to wait in the line behind people checking in, pay there. Then go back to the snack bar line. It took me about an hour to get 2 bottles of water. - No Security inside or outside. - I understand the point of business is to make money, and more customers is more money. But they should also prioritize the customer experience. - I will not be having another birthday party here, and will recommend my family & friends not to either.
