High prices, level of service doesn't match the prices. I have been bringing my car for a few years here, the quality is usually ok, but sometimes they damage things. After multiple washes my car got swirls, they are very aggresive when cleaning stuff and knock out my phone holder, sometimes causing damage to the interior. Today then went through the stuff in my center console and then they put it in random places through the car. They might take more care with expensive cars, but they don't seem to respect my car and are just careless.

Went to Pacific Hand Car wash today for rhe first time, what an amazing place. I had just returned to California after driving over 3000 miles across the country. My white Lexus RX350 was beyond dirty. I experienced multiple rain storms along the way and massacred many, many bugs. To say they did an amazing job on my vehicle is the understatement of the century. It was spotless and looked brand new. They now have a customer for life and I can not recommend them enough. Jason and his crew are true professionals. For the best wash and detail be sure to visit them.

I took my Nissan versa in on a Sunday late afternoon to get it detailed because I was giving it to my grandson as a gift the following day. I was so happy finding this place and was even happier with how nice the car looked when they were finished. The prices were reasonable and everyone was so nice. The waiting area was spotless with two TVs and even a cool fishtank. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I'm confident you'll be as happy as I was. Thank you and I can't wait to see grandsons face when he sees the car.
