Todd and Erik at Pacific Premier Insurance have been wonderful to work with. They insisted on doing a review of all of my personal policies. I found it a bit annoying and time consuming but they had come highly recommended so I made it a priority to get all the documents together. I am beyond grateful to them for pushing me. They found I didn't have fire insurance on my home!!!! I was shocked and sick to my stomach. I had no idea the policy I had gotten quickly through another agent EXCLUDED fire insurance. They were able to get a policy bound for me right away that does include fire and at a reasonable rate. They have been responsive, kind, thorough, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I'm so grateful to them for guiding me so I can be protected if the worst happens.

Buying a rental property in a fire zone was NOT fun trying to insure. I had two other brokers tell me that this property would not be insurable outside of the Fair Plan (VERY expensive). I thought this would immediately pose a cash flow problem and even considered pulling out of escrow. STRESSFUL! Erik & Todd to the rescue. They were very quick and responsive and Todd took the time to compare quotes & explain the coverages and what made the most sense WITHOUT the Fair Plan. Todd even walked me through how industry changes in my state could be coming which could further help my situation and that how we manage our claims is very important and he wants to be engaged every step of the way. These guys are obvious professionals and not mere salespeople. Much appreciation to Todd, Erik and the whole team for their stellar service in what can sometimes be a very transactional space.

Working with Pacific Premier Insurance has been a great experience as I'm buying my first house, working with Greg Neale on my insurance needs. He's friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I work in emergency management and so very busy with work, but Greg has gone above an beyond to make himself available to speak with me when I am available- even on weekends... and he got me a better rate on my auto insurance. Highly recommend Pacific Premier Insurance.

Really enjoyed working with Greg at Pacific Premier Insurance. He was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to provide my wife and I with some great options and very affordable rates. We had been with the same insurance company for years, but after talking through our options with Greg, we made a change.
