Started with my house insurance, couple years later added my car, this year just added my office building. Always took good care of me. Best rates, alway responded to my calls, happy customer! Current Update. Last couple of years have been tough for the agents. Major carriers have been pulling out of California and canceling policies. Richard Turner and his staff have done a great and time consuming job finding me new policies. I would definitely recommend them to my friends

Jackie was an absolute professional who truly cared. Jackie is an absolute pleasure to work with. Always responsive and knowledgeable. We've had insurance with RTIA now going on 5 years and have had no issues. Would recommend to anyone looking as the personalized service is fantastic.
