My initial interaction when calling was great & the receptionist was able to get me and my daughter on the schedule the same week. Our appointment was on 10/17 and doctor DALIA SHAMSIAN recommended over the counter Cereve face wash tretinoin & retinol for my plan of care. We went over the application process in detail and we discussed when, how and the amount to be applied. During the visit an assistant was present and notating the details of our appointment. I was told she would provide the directions as discussed for both my daughter and myself once the appointment was finished. I never received the instructions and in addition the retinol was never sent to the pharmacy. It’s an honest mistake so I called the doctor’s office to requested the order for the medication be sent to the pharmacy. I was told doctor SHAMSIAN would call me. It’s now 11/05 and the order for the medication still has not been sent to the pharmacy. I’ve called the doctor’s office multiple times and there has yet to be. Any follow through. This is very disappointing and I am hoping it’s taken care of sooner than later. **Update** I received a call back from the manager and she followed up with Doctor Shansian was very kind and resolved the issue immediately. Thank you!

Really liked this place. Lobby was very clean and relaxing ! The medical receptionist was very Friendly and respectful. Loved the doctor Jennifer Tavernetti, she listened to me and answered all my questions. I enjoyed my visit. Being my first time getting a biopsy I didn't know what to expect. It was painless. Looking forward to my follow-up.

The whole staff were kind and very considerate. Dr Yen was fantastic, he works quickly and is very skilled. My nurse was so careful and gentle. She was also very kind. I am very pleased with this dermatologist office!

I have been visiting this office for years. My willingness to try new things has kept me from treatment in a studies, But the doctors were always considerate of this. I have improvement and the future treatment I think I'll get more improvement. I like they take mediCal insurance with referral. Front desk is always friendly and responsive. The environment has a sense of safety.
