I had an amazing experience at Sacramento Reiki Center. I worked with Selysa, and she significantly improved my back pain after just one session. After years of struggling with infertility, I also became pregnant following my time there. I’m so grateful for her compassionate, skilled care and highly recommend her.

After every session my voice drops an octave, that’s how relaxed I feel afterwards. Selysa is amazingly intuitive and always helps release layers of tension I didn’t even know were holding so tightly.

I’ve seen Selysa for almost 9 months. She does an amazing job holding space for me to work through whatever comes up, helps move energy stuck in my body, and is great at noticing when I’m at capacity and need to ground back down. Outside of that, before and after sessions, her verbal guidance on grief is powerful too.

I’ve seen quite a few healing practitioners in my day (*strokes his grizzled beard*) and none have impacted my state of being so positively, and so immediately, as Selysa of Sacramento Reiki Center. Here’s why: 1. She’s a bonafide expert in grief and healing. She will drop knowledge and resources with ease, accelerating your personal journey. 2. Speaking of personal journey, her sessions are deeply personalized. There are no one-size-fits all approaches allowed. What’s more, she takes time to listen profoundly to what’s on your mind and what matters most to you at the start and end of sessions, so she can tailor your sessions appropriately (and even gives homework to help you) 3. Her sessions are incredibly meditative, healing, and transforming. I have found no better space to unearth deeply rooted emotions than Selysa’s sessions (and it’s not even close). Really, truly, sincerely. I’d recommend Selysa to anyone serious about taking care of themselves.
