Okay, listen up folks. I’ve seen quite a few healing practitioners in my day (*strokes his grizzled beard*) and none have impacted my state of being so positively, and so immediately, as Selysa of Sacramento Reiki Center. Here’s why: 1. She’s a bonafide expert in grief and healing. She will drop knowledge and resources with ease, accelerating your personal journey. 2. Speaking of personal journey, her sessions are deeply personalized. There are no one-size-fits all approaches allowed. What’s more, she takes time to listen profoundly to what’s on your mind and what matters most to you at the start and end of sessions, so she can tailor your sessions appropriately (and even gives homework to help you) 3. Her sessions are incredibly meditative, healing, and transforming. I have found no better space to unearth deeply rooted emotions than Selysa’s sessions (and it’s not even close). Really, truly, sincerely. I’d recommend Selysa to anyone serious about taking care of themselves.

I’m new to Reiki and had an amazing first experience at Sacramento Reiki Center. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The practitioner took time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which really helped ease any nerves I had.
