Making an appointment was easy. I explained my needs and the receptionist got me hooked up to exactly who I needed. At my appointment my doctor did a thorough evaluation of my situation and clearly explained where we might go from here.
Dr. Tyler Seybert is amazing and encouraging! Therapist Martha has encouraged and supported me so much! She is an Angel with big ears listening to me vent and giving me good advice! Zeam is not psychiatric clinical robots. They treat you like a real human being with legitimate mental health issues! Office staff are kind, patient and do their best to accommodate you in crisis. If you have PTSD, anxiety, depression or addiction this is the place for you!
I’ve been searching for a psychiatrist that I can truly be myself & trust for so many years. Dr. Jung is hands down the best in his field.
Tyler's a good guy he actually listens to you and gives advice unlike other psych doctors that ive seen. The first one I had didnt even look me in the eyes and just put me on seroquel which didnt help
Dr. Jung is very thoughtful and provides clear perspective on situations. I am not always sure of the protocol in the office, sometimes they help me after the session and sometimes they don't, even when I'm having difficulty walking. Update: Safety protocols for medication are not consistently followed, despite Zeam's own literature and documented requirements for safety. Follow up with treatment recommendations have been inconsistent. They make a great first impression and then things have become pretty casual, doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to medication with significant side effects and being vulnerable during treatment.
